Genuinely the WORSE highlights I have ever gotten in my WHOLE life. They put thin platinum blonde highlight streaks in my dark brown hair. I looked like I had grey hairs. So disappointed with the results and the way they went about the situation to fix the issue. Never ever returning to this hair salon.

Disappointed. They just blowed my hair directly, and I asked for heat spray. They said they didn’t have it. She didn’t even give me any product in the hair. So when out from their and felt like I looked like shit.
Although, I have been to this saloon before. And then I luckily had Jana. She is lovely and give you a very good better expletive. So in this saloon it is very much up to the individual hairdresser

Great service. Thought there would be a catch, as finding someone who will bleach roots for less than £100 in London is rare. This cost considerably less, with a great result! Staff very friendly and looked after me - Drinks and snacks on offer. The stylist briefly cut someone else's hair while waiting for mine to develop, but it didn't bother me - she was super polite about it and for this service/result for the price I think that is fair enough! Didn't feel pressured to pay for any extras. Would recommend and return!
