I’ve been going here for years and this was my first bad experience - the receptionist was rude and they kept me waiting for 20mins. The blow dry was done really fast, usually they take more care get to get it right. Probably because they were running late. Hairdressers are good at their jobs but it just wasn’t a pleansant experience this time.
