I usually always go to Ofelia, who is amazing and so lovely, but I booked with someone else on this one occasion as Ofelia wasn’t working the day I was free. This other woman was so rude and yanked my hair a lot, constantly telling me off for moving (I’ve never been told off for moving too much before!). The haircut she gave me was okay, but it was not a nice experience at all! I would never book with her again. Basically, not ALL the stylists here are good, so I’d only book with someone you like and trust! I’m only ever going to Ofelia again.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff. Denise made us feel so comfortable and listened to everything we said, so we got our hair styled exactly how we wanted. We were made to feel very special and would definitely go back to Gusto and request Denise again. Birthday made super special, thank you!
