Fantastic experience. I arrived early and just as the receptionist came. She let me in to sit and offered tea, coffee, etc. My stylist was delightful and took time washing my hair and did a terrific job cutting it the way I wanted. I live in Sweden, but, honestly, I’m going to return here for my next haircut.

Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Maria cut my hair and she wasn’t pushy when I said I didn’t want to go too short as I’m trying to grow it. She advised me appropriately and gave me the cut I asked for. I had a mask treatment which left my hair super soft. The blow dry was big and bouncy which was lovely however, I don’t think she realised how thick my hair is so the fullness of it was more than I’m used to after an appointment. But it was a lovely blow dry regardless. Maria was great and I would definitely come again.

I wanted to wait a few weeks before I wrote my review as I wanted to believe my hair would be fine but it's terrible and grown out worse. I got a call on the day asking if I could move my slot earlier (I was the last slot of the day) but I couldn't. I received a 2nd call asking the same despite confirming already. My wash&cut lasted 30min, my face was splashed with water during wash and I had my own hair flung on my face during blowdry. Cut was SO lazy just because they wanted to finish work.
