Overall had a great experience and would recommend this studio. Ofelia really took her time to establish what style I wanted and explained what she was doing throughout. I don’t tend to stick to hairdressers unless I am fully satisfied with the results and like to keep trying new places to see if I can get a better experience, but can definitely see myself returning here. The only downside to my experience here was that I was made to pay an additional £17 for toner on top of the initial highlight treatment I had paid for.
