One month after getting my hair cut here and I still tie it up every day because I dislike it so much :( I asked for an inch off my shoulder length hair and came out with it shorter than my jaw. Jana was very rough with the brushing, foils and washing of my hair despite my wincing in pain, and my scalp ached the whole of the next day from how much my hair had been pulled. She started cutting my hair from the back and it looked like she’d cut a lot so asked and she said it was just one inch, as the cut cake round to the front it was obvious it was more like 4 inches. She also did not make any conversation other than to tell me how hot I was multiple times, making me feel quite uncomfortable and self conscious. I thought at the end that at least the colour is great, until I got home and noticed the horizontal lines across my hair from the bleach seeping over the foils. Really awful experience, I still hate my hair and can do nothing but wait for it to grow back!
