Really happy with my cut and colour from Jana, she was very helpful and recommended what she thought was best for me.

Jana was ill that day and the reception girls fitted me in with an available stylist. However, the stylist was awful, did not listen to what I wanted and I’ve left with two bold brassy stripes on either side of my face instead of the very subtle, sun kissed, fine highlights I requested. As a seasoned highlighter, I also tried to interrupt what he was doing at one point (could see it was going horribly) and he told me he was the hairdresser. I love gusto but horrible cut and worse highlights.
