Usually visit the Soho branch, but decided to try this one out. Felt on edge the moment I sat in the chair, and ended up having the most rushed haircut I've ever had. No testing the length & spent all of 20 seconds cutting in layers as I had asked. Didn't use any heat protectant when blow drying my hair and my hair was frizzy & damaged for days after. Went home and cried from the experience. I've had great haircuts at the Soho branch, but this has put me off Gusto for life.
