Requested a particular hairdresser and they didn’t give me her. I told the new stylist that I wanted it shorter and he told me to not complain if I didn’t like it. I knew what I wanted and felt like he was second guessing me. I got moved around the salon a bit. I liked my cut but the experience was okay.

Really pleased with my haircut. Mario was a proper expert, offering advice on fixing my heat-damaged hair (best products to use etc). The treatment was nice and my hair felt great after. Would definitely go back.
