Mario has been the only person that I have trusted with my haircuts! He really listens to what you want and, when I told him of future treatment plans for my hair, he gave me advice and that has helped me with my future hair ideas! He really does everything in a calm and collected manner which helps you to trust his judgement when dealing with something as important as your hair! Already planning a second trip in a few months’ time!

The lady I had that cut my hair was ok but I wouldn't have paid the full RRP for the cut. She was quite slow in cutting and didn't know how to angle the mirror to show the back of my head in the mirror for me to see. She would say that she's here to cut as I requested but didn't listen to what I wanted.
The atmosphere of the salon wasn't lively or friendly. For an "award-winning" salon, I showed up and was shown to my hairdresser, but she didn't know what services I bought on treatwell
