This is my second time at the salon for a keratin- which speaks volumes in itself. This time I had the lovely Joseph who applied my keratin treatment. He was incredibly attentive and gave me great advice, not just on the treatment but regarding the best cuts/styles for my hair type etc. He took a lot of time to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t rush the process.
