Overall happy with my full-head colour. Waited for 20 minutes to be seen, despite arriving on time. I was told there is an extra charge of £10 if you want a bouncy blow dry (bare in mind the blow dry was included in the price already), which I found a bit sneaky. Not the best experience, but ok overall.

I had Katie as a stylist and from the moment I walked in she was warm, welcoming and friendly. She did an amazing job on my hair, did exactly what I asked for and was both efficient and attentive. I’m really impressed and will definitely return.
