After 1st great experience i decided to book again. First arrive & they tried charging me double for someone elses appt. Eventually this is corrected. I tried asking several times what the hairdresser thought would be a good length as last time they said my hair would look better shorter. Each time they went on & on about the health of my hair & not the look. Even at the end i tried explaining i wanted the ends less blunt. No fix. No Thinning. No extra oil. Left feeling even worse about my hair.

I was pretty satisfied with this salon. The head massage during the washing/treatment of my hair was very pleasant, and my hairdresser was friendly.
The only feedback I'd provide is that she asked me too many questions regarding the cut, and showed me the results whilst my hair was still wet. I can't judge whether it was technically well done so this seemed a bit pointless. When she showed me my hair after blowdrying it looked nice though and so far I've been happy with the cut.
