This was my first hair appointment with this stylist. There was no head massage when washing, he didn’t measure the length of my hair to make sure it was even. The left side at the bottom was an inch longer. I had to alter it myself. There was no layering or texturing as I asked. I asked him not to blow dry (it’s curly) he used the blow dryer, no product and kept going! It looked terrible. I was asked to pay an extra £10 as my hair is curly, medium length. It’s above my jawline which is short!
