Ofelia was really lovely and did a great job, I was very happy with the end result. It was the first time I’d had my hair cut so short so I was nervous but Ofelia made me feel comfortable. My appointment was a little late starting but not too much and Ofelia worked quickly. Just a shame the lady who greeted me on arrival was not more welcoming or I would have scored it higher for ambience and staff.
