I had a straight bob-like haircut at Gusto. Overall experience was good, but the cut was quite mediocre - not perfectly straight, and the stylist was sloppy and unskilled. For the price it's an okay place overall, but don't expect too much.

Bit of a mixed experience... The staff aren't openly rude to you, but no one was especially friendly to me and I didn't feel very welcome. My stylist was polite but I was worried he didn't seem very experienced. He dropped some foils and forgot to give me a towel for my hair wash. He decided I needed a toner as well as highlights which I was charged extra for without being warned. However the receptionist kindly waived the charge and I was actually pleased with the final look!
