Overall happy with my full-head colour. Waited for 20 minutes to be seen, despite arriving on time. I was told there is an extra charge of £10 if you want a bouncy blow dry (bare in mind the blow dry was included in the price already), which I found a bit sneaky. Not the best experience, but ok overall.
