The stuff there is really nice. Although when I was colouring my hair my skin on my head started burning, and until now it is still hurting, its like a chemical burn due to the colouring. I colour my hair 3 times every year and I have never had this kind of bad chemical burning before. Therefore I strongly do not recommend the colouring in this place, and I will not go back again.
While the hairdresser did recommend not to get my hair cut shoulder length as that would cause it to curl, which was good advice, the length it was finally cut at is not particularly flattering, and the hair was not thinned out, leaving it to look odd once it's been washed. Additionally she did not seem to know what was meant with 'side bangs', which resulted in an uneven haircut. I'm not particularly pleased with the cut and am considering getting another one at another hairdresser.
The haicut was overall good, but when Beatrice moved onto blow drying my hair she didn't ask me what type of blow dry I wanted. For some reason, she assumed I wanted straight, but a minute after I told her that I prefer straight with curly ends, it was obvious that she was upset and started pulling my hair which really hurt. You definitely need more experienced and professional hairdressers...
