Denise was very attentive and informed me of products to use for my hair type. Would definitely recommend her. Need to be a better booking system though so that you can include things like treatments and toners as these had to be paid for separately on the day

Not happy with my haircut. Like other reviewers rather then have adjustable chairs I had to slouch down in the chair for the entire cut. I asked for 2 inches off and to keep the length and asked to get my fringe cut in. Had 4 inches taken off and didn’t get my fringe cut in at all. I had to ask 3 times to get them to cut my fringe and I stopped asking as I knew it wouldn’t be cut in. The staff were friendly and my hair is now very soft but the haircut wasn’t great. I’ve been before and really enjoyed it but I won’t be going back again.
