Really good blow dry but staff member kept telling me I have damaged hair over and over again. It is damaged but was a bit annoying the amount it was stressed.

I found this treatment a bit rushed and the lady who did my haircut didn't listen properly to what I wanted done. I asked for several inches off the length but she cut only 1-1.5 off the length. When I asked her to take off more she said there was no time and I should have said earlier and there was no time left to do it now. But I couldn't see how much she was cutting off until she had almost finished because she did the back part first! Despite saying there was no time she then spent at least 20 minutes painstaking curling my hair! The cut I ended up with is lovely which is why they still get 3 stars from me, but it's just not the cut I asked for.

Maria is very accommodating, welcoming and friendly. She is also very professional and a good colourist, she advised me of colours to go for to suit my complexion, I love my haircut and the blow dry has lasted for days. Highly recommend 👏🏼👏🏼
