Had a wonderful experience getting a full head of highlights and haircut here a few weeks ago. Was welcomed in and seated very quickly, offered refreshments etc. Loddy really listened to me when I explained what I wanted and explained to me how we would get the best result. It took a long time but she was really patient and made sure it wasn't rushed at all. She gave a great recommendation for my haircut and my hair finished looking really healthy and exactly how I wanted! Thank you so much xx
