Was looked after well with a drink, snacks and amazing head massage. However I realised afterwards that the gown I was given to wear smelt of BO - also now I’m home and have seen my hair in a different light the highlights at the front are really stripy so overall not that impressed.

Though a blow dry was booked, it was not given as "it would take too much time". Instead, I looked like I had a perm, which was not what I booked nor asked for (and I look ridiculous). Was completely confused about how in the world my hair was being styled and though I asked my hair to be cut to shoulder blade length hair it was curled to that length which meant it was longer than I wanted. I wasn't asked whether I was happy with length or haircut. Stylist was lovely, she just didn't listen and my hair was (and is) terrible as the style doesn't suit me.

Marie was so lovely and instantly made me feel relaxed and like she knew what she was doing! She was great at giving advice about colour and length, and was just the right amount of chatty. Really friendly environment, good price for this area of town, will be returning. Thank you!!
