Bad experience! Hairdresser made constant snide, condescending remarks. Wanted extra £85 for Olaplex +toner Didn't provide treatment already included. Colour is ok-ish. Haircut took 2 mins+looks no diff. Rudely refused layers. Bizarre+expensive!
