All staff very polite and I am very pleased with my haircut by Mario however I would like to give a general feedback as I felt kind of ‘rushed’ and not treated with the care I would expect or seen in other customers on the day, that might have paid a full fare and not booked through the app?! The haircut together with the blow dry took about half and hour and then I was escorted to pick up my coat and leave. There was a mask conditioning part of the offer which I am not even sure I received as this would normally take quite some time?! I work in the customer service industry too, and I believe all clients should be treated equally regardless! I am not trying in any case to disparage your business, just pointing out that there is always room for improvement...:)
