Great venue! Really considerate after there'd been a timing mix-up and made sure I got the full treatment I'd booked in for.

Staff(apart from one lady) were welcoming. However, I felt that my haircut was a bit rushed. I can't remember my hairdressers name, she was a lovely blonde lady and anytime she tried to accommodate me with my requests, one of the other colleagues seemed to have a problem with it(lady with the medium length brunette hair). I found this quite unprofessional as I could see her having an issue with my hairdresser any time she tried to accommodate a request, such as turning the volume a bit low as I was sat right next to the speakers and needed to talk loudly to be heard. I am not entirely sure whether she had a problem with me, or my hairdresser but either way, it wasn't professional behavior on display. The receptionist was a very accommodating, professional and lovely man who offered me half a refund for one of the treatments that was done on me as I wasn't told it would cost more, which was appreciated.
