This was my second visit to Gousto - just as with the first, this visit was great! Loddy listened carefully to what I wanted, and cut my hair perfectly. The salon itself was busy both times I visited but both times I was seen exactly at my appointment time without any wait, offered tea (or wine!) and didn't feel rushed at all. Really excellent value for money and will definitely be back. Thanks!

Denise is a very talented hair stylist, she not only fixed my colour but my cut too. She also advised me to use a toner after the colour. This was at an extra price and although I did wonder if this was just a standard upsell, it really wasn’t. The toner made such a difference to my hair due to it having obvious historical highlight lines. Denise is also just a lovely lady and is happy to chat away about anything, which makes the time in the chair pass quickly.
