Was looked after well with a drink, snacks and amazing head massage. However I realised afterwards that the gown I was given to wear smelt of BO - also now I’m home and have seen my hair in a different light the highlights at the front are really stripy so overall not that impressed.

Though a blow dry was booked, it was not given as "it would take too much time". Instead, I looked like I had a perm, which was not what I booked nor asked for (and I look ridiculous). Was completely confused about how in the world my hair was being styled and though I asked my hair to be cut to shoulder blade length hair it was curled to that length which meant it was longer than I wanted. I wasn't asked whether I was happy with length or haircut. Stylist was lovely, she just didn't listen and my hair was (and is) terrible as the style doesn't suit me.
