My hair is ruined. It was blow dried before it was cut so it looked great leaving the salon, but after washing and styling it myself it is completely uneven. I have never in my life had my hair cut after it was blow dried. The stylist didn’t do any quality control - didn’t section my hair (!!!!), didn’t check it was even on both sides or hanging correctly. I thought it was ok because it looked good when he was done. I’m going to have to attempt to fix it myself. Avoid!

Upon arrival it was like a sauna due to the amount of steam from hairdryers, very extremely rushed service, wasn’t greeted goodbye and left to find my own belongings. Hairdresser ignored all direction about keeping the length and chopped double what was asked for and joked in response..dont agree with top ranking
