I came in wanting to go much lighter blonde - Marie was amazing in giving advice on the best way to achieve this without damaging my hair too much. Even though the salon was really busy; she was really tentative and regularly checked up on how my hair was handling the bleach. I completely trusted her and felt safe in her hands!
She was also very chatty and made the whole experience very enjoyable. The overall service at the salon is great, with drinks and crisps offered to all the customers.
Very happy with the final result and will definitely be returning when it’s time for a roots touch up and a trim. Would 100% recommend!
