Natasha did a great job. We took time discussing ideas for my new hairstyle. She executed it really well. I hardly ever get haircuts and she appreciated this meant a lot to me. Her colleague whose name I didn’t catch put me at ease, gently washed my hair and gave a relaxing head massage.
