Happy with the haircut overall but was really dissatisfied with the blow dry: I asked for a wavy/curly look and the stylist decided to straighten my hair first and then add a few curls here and there with a straightener. No need to mention that the curls/waves did not last long and I had to wash my hair again the next day to do the blow dry all over again myself, which kind of defeats the whole point of going to a hairdresser. This happened in spite of me emphasising multiple times that I did NOT want my hair to be straight.

Good result but experience was a bit lacking. Stylist was quite annoyed I was 4 minutes late even though I apologised and called in advance. She said she may not have time to blow dry my hair because of my lateness and how thick my hair was - not sure I can really help how thick it is!
