I asked for a my hair to be shoulder length and I ended up with a very short bob. It’s a good 2 or more inches shorter. Really dissent as always had a good experience before.

To be honest, this wasn’t the best haircut or blow dry I’ve had. Haircut was average (I’d asked for a trim with one layer, although the layer is almost unnoticeable), and the blow dry looked nice initially but fell flat pretty quickly. I regularly have blowdries done and typically request bouncy waves to give my fine hair some volume, and haven’t had this issue before with the waves falling flat so not sure what it was - perhaps the products used?
In any case, I can’t fault the service at all- my hairdresser was very friendly and welcoming, and took his time to style my hair.
