No one greeted me despite someone being at reception. Eventually I was checked in and offered a drink but still wearing my coat and clutching my wet umbrella. My stylist turned up, took my coat, and dint even invite me to sit down properly to explain what I wanted until I asked to do so. He then didn’t give me the blowdry I asked for and I don’t think he had understood what I said. There seemed to be a language barrier. The one saving grace was the price, but for that I wouldn’t go back.
