Nice hairdresser and great service, but didn’t like the managers attitude on reception, it’s clear she doesn’t like Treatwell bookings and tried to say it may cost extra as I have long/thick hair, first time I have ever heard someone in a hair salon say that to me before, didn’t leave a great impression

DO NOT GO HERE! I asked for a trim and some ‘light face framing, not too short’ and ended up with a Bardot fringe. I had to ask him to stop cutting my hair twice but at that point it was too late. I have no idea why he cut so heavily and so much from my front layers but it’s going to take months to grow back. When I complained at the end of my treatment I was offered zero compensation. Really bad experience…

Elena was truly amazing, she made me feel extremely comfortable and advised the best for my hair yet she still listened to what i wanted to do. I will be definitely coming back and I am glad I found a new hairstylist that cares about my hair!
