So I have really thick corse long hair. She refused to do my hair unless I cut it by saying it was ‘too damaged’ which it wasn’t as I always use treatments and oils. She showed me how much she was going to cut and I agreed. Next thing I know she’s chopped off all my length just so it was quicker for her. They also spoke in a diff language about my hair so I couldn’t really understand. I suffer with depression and anxiety and this has really effected it as my hair is somewhat my ‘comfort’.
