The vibe was very welcoming, and all the staff are following the safety guidelines as well.
With the lovely staff experience and the price, I’ll definitely visit again.

I booked full head of highlights plus cut and conditioning treatment. The stylist up-sold me additional treatments valuing up to £62. I didn’t feel confident that my hair would come out as I wanted it if I didn’t pay extra. It didn’t anyway. The colour overall was fine. The problem was the stylist was very slow to do the highlights (over 3 1/2 hours) and as a result the cut was rushed in less than 5 mins and didn’t look at all how I wanted. So disappointing and almost £200! Won’t be going back!

Loved the salon and all the staff, especially happy with Loddy who did my hair. It was everything I expected and definitely a 10/10. However , I was disappointed with the member of stuff at the end who was acting as receptionist and took my payment . In an unfriendly manner she told me I should call in next time since my hair had taken longer than anticipated by 15 mins even though on the app I had put extra long hair and there was no option for thickness, it made me feel like it was my fault even though I had paid for the full package and purchased additional services on top.
