Not a great experience at all, Went in for colour and highlights and was told that I actually wanted a balayage which I reluctantly agreed. The manager was very impatient when I asked about prices and made me feel an idiot when I asked her to clarify as it was a little confusing. She wizzed through numbers on a calculator standing over my head and was rude stating that I had only paid £72 on the system, I had actually been charge £117 on Treatwell (which I showed her on my banking app) and made me pay £75 extra, Making the total for the entire treatment £192 which is even more then what their balayage and hair cut was advertise for online. I’m not completely happy with the results and certainly don’t think the experience was worth the amount, the hair stylist that did the work was actually very sweet and made sure to check up on me, but unfortunately the entire experience was ruined by the bad atmosphere left behind by that poor interaction. I won’t be coming back.
