I would like to preface this by saying I have been to Gusto several times in the past and always had a pleasant experience, unfortunately that wasn’t the case this time. My stylist cut one side of my fringe straight, and the other tapering down, leaving me with a wonky fringe, which I unfortunately didn’t notice until I got home, and have had to rectify myself, which is extremely disappointing.

Stylist did a good job, but there was an alarm going for THE ENTIRE appointment and it really spoiled the experience. I actually left really annoyed, and not relaxed at all.
Also there were no windows open,lots of hot air flying everywhere and people walking in without masks on so wasn’t that covid safe either.
