I was shouted down by a rude lady as soon as I arrived for me choosing the wrong hair length (a quiet word explanation would have been acceptable) I was going to pay the £6 shortfall but I was whisked away to have my hair washed in cold water. I was then given a rough dry and then my hair curled with straighteners. Paying for a blow dry you expect a correct blow dry. To be honest they treat Treatwell customers not very WELL at all. Why they are on treatwell is a mystery. She demanded the £6.

She didn’t seem to know how to cut an even bob, I was leaving and they said to ask for a pixie cut next time if that’s what I wanted. Even though I asked for a one lenght bob
