Customer satisfaction was poor. The blow dry felt rushed, and I was charged an additional fee for it. There was also no time provided to review the haircut after the blow dry.

Stylist was lovely, but haircut felt rushed. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. After washing at home the cut feels a bit uneven with some longer hairs that were missed.

Venue was pleasant and welcoming. Stylist was nice and kind. Washing was comfortable. I left with a very straight mullet, when I had asked for a reshape of my cut. The cut worked well for my thin hair, but I didn't like it and not what I'd asked for.
