As usual at Gusto Covent Garden, everything is great. Mario is lovely, gives great advice and does wonder with my hair. I would honestly recommend!

Mario is amazing. Been with him a few years now and know he is leaving so sad about that but happy for him and his relocation. London lost an amazing hairdresser. Older woman on desk could do with people skills training as severely lacks them and as jot my first visit this is a genuine opinion. A smile and basic hello would go a long way. This is the lady that manages desk only and nit a hair dresser or no one would go back

I’ve been coming to Gusto for years and have been happy everytime. I paid £76 as a special price (that the receptionist informed me was a mistake on Treatwell’s part) but was then asked to pay a further £112 on the day. So nearly £190 spent on a relatively straightforward hair appointment.
I was left with my hair shorter than I asked for. I had brown dye about half an inch from the hairline, left on my skin. My appointment took nearly 4 hours.
Do not take advantage of your loyal customers.
