Had a haircut booked in for midday. Got a txt saying my hairdresser was pinged in the Covent Garden branch so they asked me to go to soho for 1 for 35% discount. (Even though I had already paid on here)I got there and he txt me again saying ‘sorry 1.45 50%!) but I had to be somewhere after so they put me with someone else who cut my hair in 30 mins.asked me to pay more for a blowdry as I hadn’t booked 1 (originally hoping to go home and do it!)it was rushed.Not what I wanted.Won’t be going back!
