Felt like I was given a haircut by a robot. Mario didn’t talk to me at all (apart from one question: how much should he cut), to the point where it was awkward. He parted my hair to the left rather than middle when he cut it (lack of attention to detail) and I don’t think he understood how I wanted it at the front. At the end, he left my parting all messy after drying my hair so I had to adjust it myself and, finally, I wasn’t asked if I like the final look... So overall, not a great experience.

I was very happy with my treatment but there are a couple of things that can be improved. I found my stylist a good hair dresser but not a warm person lacking of communication. The music was terrible, funeral style. Improve the toilet, please.
