The cut was fine but it was a very no frills situation e.g. no head massage when he put the conditioner on, no offer of a drink. The finish was also not what I asked for, I asked for wavy and I came out with 70s curls. He insisted they would drop but even waking up the next morning they hadn't dropped enough for it to look good.

I would like to preface this by saying I have been to Gusto several times in the past and always had a pleasant experience, unfortunately that wasn’t the case this time. My stylist cut one side of my fringe straight, and the other tapering down, leaving me with a wonky fringe, which I unfortunately didn’t notice until I got home, and have had to rectify myself, which is extremely disappointing.
