I waited over 45 min to be sit, they stained my shirt, I had to pay extra because “long hair” first I was told 5£ but at the end they charged 20£, hair is patchy and I don’t understand why the bleached part has darker ends (I believe colour bleed from when it got washed), my forehead ended up with black patches too, overall it’s disappointing, feels like I asked one of my friends to do it. Sorry, I had good expectations now I have to find another place to fix my hair.

Really good value for money. It does get busy, so maybe better to go at a quieter time, but about half the price of other salons with very similar results.

I've had mixed experiences of the two Gusto venues but the prices are unbeatable. This time was for a cut & highlights (first time getting them). Denise was super friendly & gave me advice on what to get done which is really important to me. She also really took the time to get it right despite the salon being busy right now with the re-opening. I was happy with my hair when she finished & now I like it even more.
I prepaid but ended up having to pay £45 more for extras - keep this in mind.
