Marie was amazing and I’m so happy with the outcome!! I went in for a Balayage and layers and she really took her time and had great attention to detail despite how thick and long my hair is, which I really appreciated. I came with a rough idea with what I wanted but she gave me her expert advice which worked out way better than what I envisioned. You are in great hands, if you’re thinking of going in for a Balayage I highly recommend you go with Marie

I found this salon through treatwell which can be a hit or miss. This was definitely a hit. Denise was fantastic. This was the best hair cut and style I have had for a long time. I will becoming a regular.

Awful service, originally I was booked with Mario K via the Treatwell app and on the day of the appointment after I had payed they called me up saying Mario K is not available and had asked me to come in earlier than the time I booked the appointment and booked me with another hairdresser instead. When I arrived on time, they made us wait half and hour extra even when they asked us to come in earlier than the time slots and had merged both appointments that I booked together rather than them being separate. One appointment was for my daughter (haircut and wash) and one for my sister (full head dye). My daughter’s hair was cut too short than what she asked for as well as her hair being soaking wet from the back. In the evening after the appointment was finished it was cold and windy, my daughter did not find it pleasant going back home with wet hair that eventually became frizzy on the trip home. On the other hand, my sister’s hair dye was smeared around her ears and forehead and the hairdresser did not pay attention or wipe the dye away which lead to her ears and forehead being irritated and changed colour due to the dye. Overall both appointments were rushed and it felt as though these hairdressers had somewhere else to be, possibly a Friday night party which crushed their customer service towards us. If they were planning to be somewhere else the time slots shouldn’t have been available on the Treatwell app. Our experience was ruined due to the service being rushed and not cared for properly. It was a waste of money and time. Never going again! I WANT TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THIS!!!!
