I loved coming to Gusto for my haircut. But my last haircut was a disaster. Which stylist you get is such a luck of the draw. When I went, there were only two stylists. Both couldn't speak proper english. I wanted a trim but it wasn't evenly cut, and the stylist could barely understand me (vice versa). I'm so disappointed and don't think I'll ever go back.
Gusto, if you're using trainee hairstylists, then please don't expect customers to pay full price for that.

Booked appointment as a treat after work. Was booked for last slot at 7pm so understandably stylist wanted to finish up. However what was meant to be an hour long treatment felt rushed and I was out in less than 25 minutes. I do not believe I received the conditioning treatment mask I booked as hair wash took less than 5 mins. Cut is okay but nothing to write home about.
