I didn’t have a very good experience of this salon. I’d originally booked in with a particular stylist but when I arrived was given to a different guy - I don’t know his name, he didn’t introduce himself or make any effort to make me feel welcome. To be honest, I felt very awkward throughout my time in the salon, it felt like I was an inconvenience to my stylist for having the nerve to book a haircut that day. Rest assured I will not be booking a second appointment.

Cut and blow dry was completely rushed as they book in too many people for the day back to back, 1 hour is pushing it and there is no gap before the next person. Don’t bother booking through Treatwell as they will deliberately do a worse job as they get paid less when you book this way. Staff were very rude, could do with some lessons in customer service.
