Poor service,
I was late, which is my fault I admit and I apologised. However, Aurelia brought up repeatedly that she couldn’t be able to finish my cut due to my of my tidiness. I apologised already, which is all I can do to be frank. Life happens and mistakes happen, and I don’t believe she hasn’t been late for even once. I used to go to Gusto’s in Soho, that’s why i had high expectations.

Quality of cut was fine, method was quite aggressive though - getting pulled around a little when having a hair cut is typical, but this was quite a bit more than usual and several scratches to the face.
Salon is in a good location but could have been cleaner with a lot of hair on the floor etc.
Had booked for a treatment as well but this was supplied.

Marie was amazing, cut and styled my hair exactly as I wanted. She made me feel very comfortable and my hair was silky soft for days while having volume so I highly recommended the hair mask treatment.
