For whatever reason, I was double booked and so my stylist was running, literally running around the salon trying to manage two of us. Then was telling me off that I shouldnt have used treatwell and I should have called the salon directly.
It meant she was also rushing my treatment. I then was told to pay more as I have thicker hair which ordinarily I’d be fine to pay, but considering she was rushing and really man handling me I was not happy. Plus many other issues but I have limited words.
