I have been to Gusto a few times now and have always had an amazing hair cut for such a good price. Chedia cut my hair perfectly and gave me an amazing bouncy blow dry! Always a great experience, with talented and friendly staff.

Got a haircut here a few weeks back and asked the stylist for a collarbone length cut (just an inch or two). She proceeded to take 4-5inches off and left it above my shoulders. Then, without informing me it would be at an additional cost, blow-dryed my hair and charged 10 pounds extra at the door. Will not be returning and would not recommend

I had a nice haircut, which I appreciate since I am very bad at giving direction to hairdressers. Hairdressers I have seen here have always been very good at cutting hair (it should go without saying but I have been to some very bad people elsewhere...) Unfortunately I didn't receive the exact service I paid for, maybe because of an administrative error, however Gusto were understanding and apologetic by email subsequently and did refund the difference.
